Please read these terms carefully before entering any DreamKeys London competition.
1. About DreamKeys London
DreamKeys London Ltd operates skill-based prize competitions giving entrants the chance to win 12 months' rent-free living in a premium London property. This site is currently a proof of concept and no real payments are taken or prizes awarded.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and resident in the United Kingdom. Proof of age and identity may be required before any prize is awarded. Employees of DreamKeys London Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
Entries are made by purchasing tickets for an active competition. Each competition states the ticket price, the total number of tickets available, and the closing date. A free postal entry route is available on request, in line with UK prize competition regulations.
4. The prize
The headline prize is 12 months of rent paid by DreamKeys London on the winner's behalf for the featured property, subject to a standard assured shorthold tenancy agreement. The prize does not include utility bills, council tax, deposits, or contents insurance unless explicitly stated.
5. Drawing the winner
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes, using a verifiable random draw. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw and announced on our platform.
6. Responsible play

7. Limitation of liability
